Hypoglycemic: is clinically described as a condition of low blood sugar.

Overview

Symptoms associated with hypoglycemia are brain fog, low energy and lightheadedness.  Typically, practitioners advise patients to eat often and/or graze to supposedly avoid symptoms.

Eating often is the very worse thing that people can do to correct their so=-called blood sugar problems.  Healthy blood sugar levels are 75-90.  Over 90 you enter into pre-diabetic insulin-resistance which is the actual source of the symptoms.

Hypoglycemia has everything to do with glycation of brain receptors that monitor leptin levels and control production of insulin by the pancreas.
