Pandora’s box is a myth from Greek mythology about a girl named Pandora [she was the first woman on earth].

Zeus ordered Hephaestus to create Pandora. So he did, using water and earth.

The gods endowed Pandora with many gifts: Athena clothed her, Aphrodite gave her beauty, Apollo gave her musical ability, and Hermes gave her speech.

According to Hesiod, when Prometheus stole fire from heaven, Zeus took vengeance by presenting Pandora to Prometheus’ brother, Epimetheus.

Pandora was given a box that contained many evils, one of which was, DEATH!

When Pandora opened the box containing death and many other evils, all were released into the world.

Pandora hastened to to close the container, but it was too late and evil has persisted ever since.

All of the contents had escaped except for the one thing that lay at the bottom – “hope“, [or expectation depending on the translation from ancient, Greek.]

Today the phrase “to open Pandora’s box” means to perform an action that may seem small or innocent, but turns out to have severely detrimental and far-reaching negative consequences.

Here, the name Pandora is a metaphor for, Big-Pharma [the pharmaceutical industry.]

One could also use the analogy that the inability to comprehend the consequences of one’s actions as it relates to its effects on other people and the world, at large.

The introduction and widespread use of antibiotics in 1950 [when they became widely available to the public] was the beginning of the epidemic.  This one medical blunder [intoduction of antibiotics] had severe consequences for humans, animals and microbial organisms, alike. and we suffer to this very day.

Antibiotics were followed by introduction of the birth control pill in the early 1960s, further compounding the effects and damage imposed by use of antibiotics.

Pandora should have NEVER opened that box, and modern medicine should have NEVER allowed, wholesale, widespread use of antibiotics in humans or animals.  But they did!

For your information, antibiotics are the product of molds and fungi.  They are powerful mycotoxins that turn immune function upside-down and thereby release the evils of hormone imbalance and risk of pathogenic bacteria and viruses overwhelming normal body and organ functions.

[A body that suffers from compromised immunity is a body that is compromised by exactly fungal mycotoxins that create dysfunctional immunity.]

Modern medicine should have NEVER released the antibiotics or birth control pill into the world from Pandora’s box of evils.  Big-Pharma knew exactly what it was doing.

Pharma needed an epidemic and cancer was the perfect boogey-man to unleash upon an unsuspecting, public.  And, yes, it was done, on purpose!
