Heme iron: the oxygen carrying component of hemoglobin in blood.

Overview

Heme iron has NOTHING to do with low levels of ELEMENTAL IRON which is wrongly equated with anemia [low blood cell count] and therefore, low levels of energy associated with it.

Elemental iron is an OXIDIZER, meaning it steals electrons and creates reactive oxygen species called, free radicals. Avoid cooking in iron cookware, eating iron fortified foods and taking iron pills.

There are two ways to reduce blood levels of ferritin [elemental] iron:  donate blood every two months or use the product ReMove from YAC.

Low oxygen blood levels occurs because of low carbon dioxide levels which are necessary for hemoglobin to bind and carry oxygen to the cells.  Obviously, the more anemic you are, the less oxygen blood carries and the less cellular energy ATP cellular mitochondria can make.

See the following link for a thorough discussion of BLOOD IRON and so-called, iron deficiency anemia.
