Reactions (autoimmune responses): are negative metabolic response by the immune system to incoming factors (physical inputs and/or stress).

Autoimmune reactions are triggered by ingestion of dietary carbohydrates (sugar, sweets, fruits and alcohol) and invasion of  the blood steam by foreign proteins through the gut wall and similarly, by absorption of environmental and chemical toxins in the mucous membranes of the lungs and bronchioles.

Autoimmune responses indicate a stressed system and systemic inflammation. Body physiology, never just one cause. For example, a toxic terrain, a poorly functioning liver, sluggish bowels, bad diet, incomplete digestion, and hormonal imbalance of the regulatory hormones insulin and leptin.
