Urophagia:  the ancient practice of drinking one’s own urine, usually the first urination of the morning [upon rising].

Overview

Urophagia is not an accepted practice in Western Cultures.

Consumption of common baking soda [sodium bicarbonate] is far superior to urophagia and provides the body with large supplies of carbonates PROVIDING it is taken with common vitamin-C tablets [3,000 mg].  Use of Vitality is strongly suggested to offset cellular sodium invasion of cells and shut-down of cellular mitochondria.

Urine contains bicarbonates in the form of carbamide.  Carbonates attach and remove unburned, hydrogen wastes that accumulate and cause the body’s terrain to turn acidic.

pH is a measure of potential hydrogen.

See Terrain pH Protocol for more information.
