Snoring: the vibration of respiratory structures as a result of obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping.

Overview

Snoring is confirmation of mucous and congestion in the head and sinus cavities.  It is also confirmation of INFLAMMATION and poor capillary blood and lymphatic flow.

Poor circulation into and out of the head is the product of a toxic terrain, a poorly functioning liver, under hydration, poor digestion, sluggish bowels and dietary intake of sweets and fruit.
