pH: a measure of hydrogen ion saturation.  pH stands for ‘potential’ hydrogen.

OVERVIEW

The proton hydrogen is your body’s primary source of energy.  Food and water are primary hydrogen donors, fats are the most energy dense foods.

Calories are an irrelevant metric, meaning calories do NOT define the energy potential of food.

Sugar [C12H22O12] contains 22 hydrogens; water [H2O] contains 2 hydrogens.  Hydrogen is lifeforceThe body’s bio-electric energy comes from non-thermal burning and metabolism of hydrogen.

‘p’ in pH stands for potential [hydrogen]!  Digestion releases covalent-bonded hydrogen in food and water.  Maldigestion [acidification of the terrain and the inability to digest food and free-up and burn hydrogen] is the single most universal health issue affecting EVERYONE, followed by ongoing insulin-resistance.  Both are flipside issues and if you have one, you have the other.

Failure to metabolize hydrogen turns body-fluid [urine] pH acidic.  Hydrogen and metabolic waste are acidicUrine pH is a measure of unburned hydrogen ions in circulation.  Urine pH rises and falls as hydrogen ion levels rise and fall.

The better your digestion, the more energy available for growth and repair, and the more pronounced maldigestion the greater will be your symptoms of degenerative dis-ease.

Terrain acidification causes urine pH to rise on the acid side, and muscle loss to accelerate!  Unburned hydrogen from UNDIGESTED food proteins is the effect of MALDIGESTION!  [The Terrain pH Protocol and Digestion Trio manage these issues.]

Hydrogen powers the Sun and it powers the body [ATP only powers the cell].  Inability to [non-thermally] burn hydrogen limits energy production from food and spikes circulating hydrogen proton levels, causing urine pH to become acidic.  Urine pH measures circulating, unburned, hydrogen protons, and the better digestion is the less unburned hydrogen in saliva, lymph, and urine.  Read about HydrogenMagic, here.]

Terrain management is about hydrogen management, not alkalinity.  Alkalinity as popularly accepted ignores non-circulating, tissuebound hydrogen.  The Terrain pH Protocol frees tissue-bound hydrogen.  [This example of Applied Physiology is counter to physiology taught at university.  [Please read again.]

Dis-ease and aging are side-effects of faulty hydrogen metabolism and maldigestion.

The Digestion Trio solves the maldigestion/hydrogen dilemma.  Ask for help.

Hydrogen is a universal participant in all chemical reactions.  Hydrogen is Atomic Element #1 on the Periodic Table of Elements and is the lightest [weight] element and the MOST reactive element. Hydrogen participates in ALL CHEMICAL REACTIONS.

All reactions involved in body physiology involve the addition/deletion of hydrogen, symbol H.

The pH scale is 0-14.  Below 7.0 is acid; above 7.0, alkaline; the scale increases in both directions.

Urine is the body fluid of choice for measuring pH.  pH infers acidity/alkalinity, but pH NOT the goal, meaning you are NOT after the mythical ‘alkaline’ body.

You want a body that is low on waste acids; you want to continually DE-ACIDIFY  your terrain, not make it more alkaline.

Body fluid pH does NOT comply with lab chemistry pH.  actual measurement of excess hydrogen ions in circulation.  pH is an indicator of POTENTIAL hydrogen saturation and terrain acidity.

Overview

Terrain pH is an indicator of the amount of acid waste circulating in body fluids [urine/saliva/lymph] and/or waste acids ‘bound’ in tissue spaces and joints.

When following the YAC Terrain pH Protocol, use VITALITY to avoid sodium invasion of cells and tissues.  Baking soda [sodium bicarbonate] is 65% sodium which is not a problem except for people who are VERY TOXIC and immediately fill with excess tissue fluids.

High concentrations of sodium causes edema, especially in people with low intercellular charge. Cellular invasion of cell is NEVER a good thing as excess sodium shuts-down cellular production of ATP] and sabotages hydrogen metabolism.  Cells with low electrical charge go into cancer.
