Mindfulness – A State of Being

Mindfulness: being aware of what is going on around us without passing judgement on ourselves, our circumstances and our thoughts; a type of conscious, meditative state.

Overview

During deep sleep, negative energy releases its vibrational hold on the body.

Deep sleep and mindfulness have much in common; both manage the release of negative memory without incident or judgement.
