Sleep Apnea: a sleep disorder characterized by pauses and/or shallow breathing during sleep. Symptoms: impaired alertness, daytime sleepiness, slow reaction time, serious fatigue and vision impairment. Diagnosis: is usually based on formal sleep study analysis.
