Iron (fortified food): is food that has elemental iron added to it.

Overview

Food is fortified with iron to satisfy government edict under the grossly mistaken idea that food is iron deficient and that addition of elemental iron is good for growth and improves health.  Unfortunately, none of these things are true;

Know this: practitioners and patients, alike are very confused about IRON.  They talk as if: low iron, low energy, low hemoglobin, low red blood cell count, low oxygen and anemia are the same thing.  They are NOT the same thing and woe be unto anyone who does not understand the difference.
