Settle: refers to causing a body organ or system to return to normal; reduction of hyped physiological responses; act in a normal and predictable and commonly accepted manner.

Overview

For example, an inflamed gut wall is in an unsettled inflammatory ‘state’ of being; suffering with pain or a fever is the opposite of being settled.

Being cool, calm and collected under adverse conditions or ability to avoid ‘losing it’ or becoming hyped, angry or suffering adverse anxiety is the opposite of a ‘settled’ state.

Preventing the adrenal glands from over responding or avoiding a ‘wired’ state where the body is operating on nervous energy vs smoothly responding to environmental inputs that are ‘bad’ energy and stressful to vital organ functions.

The ability to achieve deep, coma-like sleep and shut down overly stimulated brain function is to settle.

‘Settling’ of the effects of one or more stressors interrupting normal body functions and the ability to either return from an overly stimulated state of being or to have the ability to remain ‘cool’ and not go into overdrive.

When the Autoimmune Attack Cycle is at play, you are NOT in a settled state of being.

Solution
