Juice(s): is concentrate sweet liquid from fruit and high glycemic root vegetables such as beets/carrots.  Wine is fruit juice sugar converted to alcohol.

Overview

Juice has profoundly negative effects on body metabolism; much worse than sweets/sugar.

The juice dilemma is best understood in terms of how fast the carbohydrates enter the blood stream and how badly they abuse pancreatic function and response.

Everything about fruit is good, except for the fructose it contains.  Fructose is the primary driver of leptin/insulin/adrenal resistance and should be viewed from the perspecitve of pre-diabetes, diabetes type 1 & 2, and lastly, diabetes of the brain or diabetes type 3.
