NSAIDS: is an acronym for: non-steroidal anti-inflammary drugs.

Overview

Know, using NSAIDS to override body’s inflammatory signals is NOT smart! Over time, NSAIDS are extremely abusive to the small intestinal gut wall and leads to leaky-gut and poor digestion with serious, long term consequences.

Just because NSAIDS are available over the counter, without prescription, does not mean they are okay to use or even less damaging than prescription medications, particularly those that involve ‘steroids’.

Pain is confirmation of inflammation in your body. Address why your body is inflamed and you will not have a need or use for NSAIDS.

Know, systemic, and specific inflammation involves hormonal resistance of insulin and leptin. So, if you suffer from inflammation you are hormonal resistant. Read about hormone resistance by clicking hyperlink for Change Your Food Habits, Change Your Life.

Know, inflammation is a classic manifestation of the Sugar/Alcohol Cycle and the Autoimmune Attack Cycle which you can read about by clicking hyperlinks.
