Oleo-margarine: is artificially hydrogenated refined oil in the form of imitation butter.

Overview

Margarine is anything but butter! It contains unnatural hydrogenated fats that are missing the healthy characteristics of real butter. Avoid all margarines!

Margarine was developed and offered to a gullible public as the healthy alternative to buttter and to promote the Cholesterol Theory of Disease in the early 1960’s.

Margarine accelerates hardening of the arteries, ages the vital organs, slows blood flow and gums the system.
