Water: is the body primary solvent and makes up about 75% of total body fluids and 90% of blood volume.

Water consumption should be approximately 3 quarts a day.  Begin the day with a big glasse of water and then drink a cup of water every time you urinate.

The body must have adequate hydration or it cannot and will not release wastes from the tissues into the lymphatic system for transport to the liver for removal.

Milk, alcohol, soft drinks and sports drinks are not water and should not be counted as water intake.

Electrolytes should be added to purified water every time it is consumed.
