Sugarholicism: is a coined word designed to capture the idea of someone who is dependent upon or hooked on the intake of carbohydrates in non-alcohol form as opposed to someone who operates their own “still” in their gut (small intestine) producing their own homemade alcohol.

Overview

The body operates more easily on alcohol and sugar energy than production of energy from healthy foods (fats and proteins).

Sugar and fruit consumption (especially juices) promotes early puberty and early or aggravated menopause and the complaints that come with it.

Both the Sugar/Alcohol Cycle and the Autoimmune attack Cycle are active components of sugarholicism.  Yeast infestation is another “given” where carbohydrate dependence exists.

Imbalance of the regualtory hormones, insulin and leptin, is a MAJOR factor in carbohydrate dependence and sugarholicism.  Please read, Change Your Food Habits, Change Your Life by clicking hyperlink.
