Intermittent fasting: eating only every 6 hours during the day, and going without food for 16-18 hours between evening meal and first meal of the following day.

Overview

Ideally, you should eat only TWO meals a day, hence, INTERMITTENT FASTING.

Meal spacing by 6 hours allows your pancreas to rest and your body to escape the burden imposed by eating meals sooner than 6 hours and snacking in between.

Meal spacing is NOT difficult, but it does require that you supply your body with sufficient energy by incorporating coconut oil with every meal.

Normally, a teaspoon of coconut oil immediately BEFORE each meal to curve appetite and prevent overeating, as well as extend your NO FOOD WINDOW without cravings and need to snack.

YAC offers lauric acid coconut oil capsules for convenience and ease of use, and for carrying to work or play to sustain your body and avoid triggering insulin release by the pancreas.
