Exercise: is activity that circulates of blood and lymphatic fluids.

Observations

Both blood and lymph are tissue fluids, but lymph movement it TOTALLY dependent upon activity and movement of muscles and joints.

Exercise is good if not overdone, but far too much emphasis has been placed on exercise for its cardiovascular aspects rather than for the benefits derived from movement of fluids and the oxygen and waste these fluids transport.

Blood carries oxygen and nutrients into the tissues, and carbon dioxide out of the tissues.  Movement of waste out of the body is a function of the lymphatic system, not the blood circulatory system.
