Anecdotal observations by John Thomas

Puberty: sexual maturation of the individual making reproduction possible.

Overview

Puberty is accompanied by secondary sex characteristics (breasts, pubic hair, muscle, ovulation, semen, menstruation, etc.)

Precocious puberty means manifestation of puberty abnormally early and sometimes radically early.  Puberty before 11 years old is early; before 9, 7, and 5 years of age is extremely early and carries with it all of the challenges and emotions children are not equipped to handle.

Sugar and sweets are the single MOST prevalent driving force for precocious puberty followed by environmental and food borne chemicals that either disrupt normal hormonal development or cause it manifest early.

Plastics are known to possess and give off hormonal molecules that can and do attach to key receptor sites in the body (ovaries, breasts, testicles) causing them to function abnormally.

The Flip Side of Puberty

Early menopause (and andropause) is very common. Look for symptoms such as: hair thinning, skin changes, loss of sex drive, excess body fat, clothes size increase, breasts becoming larger, brain fog, irregular periods and severe menstrual cramping.

Complete cessation of the menstrual cycle (menarchy) is the flip side of puberty and menstruation.

Know, diet, dietary habits, particularly sugar, sweets, juices and soft drinks play a HUGE part in menopausal and andropausal issues. One very big effect is unopposed estrogen dominance which is confirmation of regulatory imbalance in the hormones insulin and leptin.
