Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): is best known by a group of symptoms characterized by: chronic abdominal pain, discomfort, gas, bloating and alternating bouts of diarrhea and constipation.

Overview

Understand the following things about IBS and you will have a good idea what you must do to avoid or rid yourself of irritable bowel.

Know, people who suffer from IBS do NOT digest their food as they should. Their digestive capability is severely lacking and they do not produce sufficient digestive enzymes to get the job done.

Know, failure to move the bowels often plays a part in IBS.  The intestinal tract is 20 feet long and a sluggish bowel leads to some of the symptoms associated with IBS, such as: gas and bloat, acid reflux, diverticutis and colitis and colon cancer.

Know, after age 35 digestive capability diminishes greatly, and the older you are, the worse the problem becomes.  Failure to fully digest food is at the very CORE of IBS.

Know, if you eat sweets and fruit and load on carbohydrates, you will eventually suffer IBS along with diabetes, antrhitis, cardiovascular issues and liver dis-ease.

Know, hormonal imbalance between insulin and leptin plays a big part in the development of IBS and if you are over age 35, you suffer from hormonal resistance.

Know, use of antibiotics (past or present) and use of NSAIDS does terrible damage to the intestinal gut wall leading to development of leaky-gut.

Know, probiotics are wonderful and everyone should use them, but they are NOT capable of rebuilding a damaged gut wall. That job is reserved for those who follow Young Again Club Protocols.

Know, compromised liver function plays a VERY BIG part in IBS. The Tissue & Liver Protocol is the best remedy for enhancing liver function and restoration of the terrain.

IBS is an autoimmune disorder and a classic example of Autoimmune Attack Cycle at work.

IBS is a catch-all name for closely related bowel issues like:  colitis, diverticulitis, loose bowel, indigestion, celiac and Crohn’s.
