Whole plant foods: foods that are whole and complete in and of themselves as nature intended.

Overview

Whole plant foods should comprise 50-75% of dietary intake.

The following are whole plant foods:  fresh carrots, greens [chard, spinach, kale], onions, garlic, potatoes, squash, turnips, etc.

In other words, UNPROCESSED FOODS.  Cooking is fine if discretion is used and you do not cook your WPF to death.

Without WPF, prepared meals and packaged foods will destroy your health prevent you from enjoying peak health.
