MIssing Diagnosis: the diagnosis that was missed by the practitioner because of an incorrect medical model, faulty tests. faulty thinking, poor observation with CAUSE never considered.

Correct Diagnosis: the diagnosis that should have been rendered [instead of the incorrect diagnosis that was given based on symptoms, faulty tests and faulty test methods.]
