The Five Rites: are special lymphatic movements designed to improve health and well-being.

Overview

You can read about the Five Rites and see them illustrated in a book by the same title by Peter Kelder; the book can be ordered from Amazon.

John Thomas practices these movements and recommends them to everyone.

They are very simple and easy to do and they travel with you “in your head” so there is nothing to pack in your luggage.

This is one of those things that every person wishing better health or who wishes to keep their health absolutely must practice daily.  Time required: 5 minutes!
