Constipation: infrequent bowel movements (less than three times/day) and/or hard to pass stools.

Overview

The constipation story goes like this: less than three bowel movements a day is constipation.

People commonly think of constipation as something that is different than what is “normal”, but this is totally wrong and incorrect understanding of constipation and bowel inactivity.

The lowly enema is the most effective technique for stimulating bowel activity and moving excess acids out of the system. Check out Enema Protocol here.

Know that the inability to ferment food in the colon is the origin of colon cancer and deprivation of B-vitamins that we are supposed to make in our very, own colons!

Constipation and bowel disorders are the #1 cause of cancer, period!

Behind constipation is maldigestion [inability to digest food], poor diet, intake of sweets, fruit and alcohol.  By age 50, digestion capability is half of age 24, and by age 70 it is down to 3% or less.

Now, you know why people age as they put on years and why they sicken and die prematurely.

Suffering and early death are self-imposed conditions of neglect and abuse.
