Belly Flap: abdominal presence of excess belly fat  that often extends over the pelvic region and upper thighs.

Belly flap is the product of bad diet, slow metabolism and excess tissue waste.  It is aggravated by and should be viewed as confirmation of imbalance in the regulatory hormones: leptin, insulin adrenaline and glucagon.

Belly fat is a huge health risk because of its effects on vital organ functions, digestion and bowels.

Poor dietary choices and incorrect dietary habits play a key role in formation of belly flap. Intake of sweets, carbohydrates and/or alcohol are also BIG factors.

This is a systemic condition where to body fails to burn food for energy, and instead builds belly fat.
