Belly fat: is a condition of pre-diabetes and is strongly associated with type 3 diabetes.

Overview

The presence of excess belly fat should be considered confirmation of the pre-diabetic state where food is converted to fat instead of being burned for energy.

Belly fat and obesity are symptomatic of the the same problem which is: insulin/leptin and adrenaline resistance.

If you suffer with waistline fat, or belly flap, know that diabetes type 3 is already in progress.

The good news is this: the problem is easily reversible and need not progress into classic diabetes type 1 or 2.
